Environment and local partnerships

The laboratory is located in Nancy, the lead place for forest research and higher education in France. LIF is situated on AgroParisTech campus, historically the 'National School for Water and Forestry' ('Ecole Nationale des Eaux et Forêts').

Local partners include INRA Nancy-Lorraine centre, Labex ARBRE, R&D office of ONF (French forest service), AgroParisTech Nancy centre, and Université de Lorraine.

The laboratory is :

• member of Université de Lorraine/INRA Labex ARBRE

• affiliated to Université de Lorraine Doctoral School SIReNa

• participant to Université de Lorraine, i-site LUE impact project Deepsurf

• joint unit to INRA (Dpt EFPA, in process...)
