You are head of a family in an Italian city state. The city is run by a weak and corrupt court. You need to manipulate, bluff and bribe your way to power. Your object is to destroy the influence of all the other families, forcing them into exile. Only one family will survive

Design notes (Rikki Tahta): I wanted a game that was short, analytical, highly interactive and could be played by up to 6 with full involvement at all times. You need to make temporary alliances to succeed, but ultimately you must kill or be killed. This is an analytical bluffing game that is nasty brutal and short.
