Dear New/Potential Members 

自分たちで作っていくサークルですので、サービスを受けたいだけの方には向いていません。メンバー同士で話し合ったり、ものや情報を交換するため、既存メンバーの紹介以外の方は何度かお会いさせていただきます。

【英語(有料)レッスン】

有料の英語レッスンはメンバー外は1回1,000円の定額制で、メンバーは割り勘(10円単位)となります。(余剰額はメンバー内で必要とする方に分配します。)支払はpaypay等の電子送金をお願いしています。支払記録は、自分たちで管理してもらうべく、共通のフォームに出席簿として記録をとってもらいます。英語レッスン中は原則英語漬けです。子どもへの声かけも英語を意識してください。例え上手くなくても保護者が英語を話していることが子どもにとって良い刺激となります。先生に名前を呼んでもらえるよう、英語での名札を持参ください。英語レッスン中に写真を撮影したい場合は写る者に同意を得てください。代表にて撮影する写真は実施の記録及び初期アンケートでメンバー内共有OKと回答した方のみ共有することがありますが、SNS等には掲載しません。

レッスン時は各自で出席を取ります。オンライン上で各自で支払額も含めて登録します。毎回支払時までに忘れないよう登録ください。言われないとやらない、という状態ではなく自分から登録するようにしてください。

持ち物：英語の名札、（読んでほしい絵本※、子どもが好きなおもちゃ※）

※主に児童館開催時の個別レッスン時。絵本は日本語のものでも大丈夫ですので自分の子どもが好きなものをお持ちください。無理に英語の本を持ってきて自分の子ではなくほかの子のために読んだ、ということになってしまわないよう、自分の子どもが確実に興味を持つものでお願いします。しましまぐるぐるに代表されるような日本語の音を楽しむような絵本は英語にし辛いため、名詞や動きがはっきりした絵本をお願いします。英語での読みやすさについて、Newsletterページ公開の絵本リストに記載しています。特に1歳以上の動き回る月齢の方は、絵本ではなくその時に興味を持っているもので一緒に遊ぶだけでも大丈夫です。

【おうち英語、サークル活動】

教材シェアを積極的に行ってきました。ディズニーWorld of English, ORT (Oxford Reading Tree)を中心におうち英語の励まし合いを行います。

【開催場所】

開催場所は、北大路代表者宅(北大路駅より徒歩6分)または同心児童館(丸太町駅/京都市役所前駅)です。参加メンバーにより直前に開催地を変更することもあります。北大路の場合は、代表者宅２F和室で行います。茶色の表札に代表者の名前が書いてある家です。開始30分前以降であればいつでもお越しいただいて大丈夫です。手土産等は一切禁止です。ベビーカーや自転車の駐輪スペースあり。キッチンや電子レンジ、冷蔵庫は自由に使用可。離乳食も代表の子どもと同じメニューで良ければ提供可（オーガニック食材中心）。ご飯の準備や使用したお皿等は自身でお願いします。大人のご飯は徒歩20秒のすぐ裏にある定食屋でテイクアウトもおススメです。

【連絡】

メンバーへの連絡は、公式LINEを通じて行います。総合的に子育てを励まし合うため、様々な便利な情報を集めています。そのためのアンケート回答をお願いしたり、イベント情報の共有や、英語レッスンの参加可否をお伺いします。積極的なお返事及び意見を期待しています。ネイティブの先生の同心児童館でのレッスンだけに興味がある、等の一部のみに興味がある方はその旨お知らせください。遠方や仕事のためなかなか参加できそうにない方はLINEのメッセージを制限し、参加できそうな日程からご案内することも可能です。モチベーション維持のため、受講した総レッスン時間の記録をとっておくことをお薦めします。

This is a group/circle that we build together, so it may not be suitable for those who simply want to receive services. Aside from introductions by existing members, we will meet with newcomers a few times for discussions and to exchange information amongst members.

For non-members, the fee for English lessons is a flat rate of 1,000 yen per session, while members contribute equally (in 10 yen increments). Any surplus funds are distributed to those within the group who need it. We request electronic payments using services like PayPay. Payment records are managed by the representative and receipts are issued approximately every six months. During English lessons, we generally immerse ourselves in English. Please also consider using English when communicating with the children. Even if you are not proficient, parents speaking in English can serve as a positive influence on your children. If you wish to take photos during the English lessons, please obtain consent from those who will appear in the photos. Photos taken by the representative may be shared internally among members for record-keeping and initial surveys, but will not be posted on social media.

The event locations are either at the representative's home near Kitaoji Station (6 minutes walk), or at the Doshin Children's Hall (Marutamachi Station/Kyoto City Hall Station). The venue may be changed at the last minute depending on the participants. In the case of Kitaoji, bringing gifts or souvenirs is not allowed. There is space for strollers and bicycle parking. The kitchen, microwave, and refrigerator are freely available for use. If you're okay with it, we can provide baby food with a menu similar to what the representative's child eats (organic ingredients primarily). Please prepare and clean up your own meals and dishes. For adults, we recommend takeout from a nearby restaurant just a 20-second walk away.

Communication with members is done through the official LINE group. We gather various useful information to support all aspects of childcare. We may request survey responses for this purpose, share event information, and inquire about participation in English lessons. We look forward to active responses and opinions. If you are only interested in the native teacher's lessons at Shinsen Children's Hall or have specific preferences, please let us know. For those who may find it difficult to participate due to distance or work commitments, we can limit your messages on LINE and inform you of suitable dates for participation.
