We start with a free strategy session to get to know each other. We talk about your needs and decide if we are a good fit. We set up a plan for working together based on identified priorities.

We meet regularly:
1/wk for ~60 min. or 2/wk for ~30 min.
Most coaching takes place online, but in-person meetings are possible for clients local to Austin, TX.

Between sessions, we communicate via text/email for reminders, accountability checks, and extra support. I'll send a written summary of each session and we'll make an action checklist for the week.

We track your progress. We chart grades and habits. We reflect on growth and adjust our plan as needed. We prepare for your independence and transfer the lead as you progress.
