Thermal Effect on MWCNT Composites with SLA 3D Printed Parts

CNTs can improve thermal conductivity but are difficult to disperse in SLA resins. I prepared CNT‑reinforced resins, printed samples with Kudo 3D Titan, and tested thermal conductivity with Hot Disk Analyzer and analyzed results in MATLAB.

• Prepared SLA resin with 1% MWCNT loading and printed samples on Kudo 3D Titan

• Conducted thermal conductivity testing with Hot Disk Analyzer and analyzed data in MATLAB

• Achieved 9.76% increase in thermal conductivity over pure polymer
