credit + grades + Transcripts

KU Leuven will send you instructions on how to access your transcript through KU Locket. Have your transcript sent to the studyabroad@business.illinois.edu as soon as it is available.

Your records officer will use the final Course Approval Form you submit to determine how the courses will transfer to UIUC (grade, credit/no credit, and the course equivalency). The courses will be added to your permanent record. Please note that it could take up to three to six months for your final grades to appear on your DARS.

Visit the Study Abroad Course Approval Database to view courses that already have a UIUC course equivalency. If you want a course articulated that is not in the database, fill out the Business Course Approval Request Form or the Gen Ed Course Approval Request Form.

We do not recommend studying abroad your final semester, or graduation will be delayed.
