Bible Translation Project

The Bible Translation Project is currently conducting an oral translation of the Bible into Kugama. This work is carried out by the team of Kugama speakers and approved by community members during community check meetings (see pictures below). The project has started in April 2022 has been supported by NBTT. This website offers audio recordings of three books of the Bible - Luke, John, and Matthew - in Kugama.
