Kristin offers staff yoga, Thursday’s after work. No matter what’s going on in my life, or how busy the day was, I try to take advantage of this time for myself. Through use of stretching, yoga poses, and breathing techniques, Kristin guides the class into being present, and shares tools to calm busy thoughts. I leave feeling relaxed and refreshed. Both my son and daughter have enjoyed their time in Kristin’s yoga class! My son, who struggles with ADHD, is learning coping skills that will benefit him for the rest of his life. My daughter, who struggles with a mild form of cerebral palsy and sensory issues, is learning body awareness and how to strengthen her body and mind. All of this is done in a fun way, geared toward their age group. Kristin is absolutely amazing and very skilled at what she does. I would not hesitate to recommend her! -Allison D.
