You’ll need a mat, two blocks, a blanket, and a strap. Click here for our easy shopping guide. It’s okay if you don’t have everything yet for the introductory session. Supplies will be provided for in-studio sessions.
Private yoga rates are comparable to private local therapy, chiropractor, acupuncture and massage rates. We’ll give you a quote on our phone consultation.
