Little Yogis (Ages 3-4)
-This class is for our littlest yogis and centers around play. We will learn about our breath, how to move our bodies and relaxation. Stories, games and music are an integral part of the class. This is a drop off class.Budding Yogis (Ages 5-8)
Our Budding Yogis are growing up fast and will continue to learn through play while also working on social skills and cooperative games. This is a drop off class.Warrior Yogis (Ages 9-11)
Saturday 10:30-11:30am-Our Warrior Yogis continue to build their practice of the breath, movement and relaxation. Children are provided with a non-competitive outlet to let go of stress and anxiety and feel great about themselves. Crafts and learning posture sequences will also be a part of their sessions!Yoga for Athletes benefits mindset, flexibility, balance, endurance, injury prevention and recovery, team dynamic and more!
