Greetings and a warm welcome to Krishna Baraiya's e-portfolio. I am Baraiya Krishna, a dedicated and passionate Master of Arts student majoring in English Literature at MKBU. With a profound interest in exploring literary movements and their impact on society, my academic journey has been enriched by deep dives into subjects ranging from transcendental thought in Thoreau's Walden to the archetypal analysis of Shakespearean drama.
My academic journey began at Shree Motisar Primary School, where I laid the foundation for my education. I continued my studies at SMT. N.S. Dankhara U.B. Vidyalaya, Bela, located in the Bhavnagar district, where I completed my higher secondary education. With a growing interest in language and literature, I pursued my undergraduate studies at Lokbharti Gramvidyapith, Bhavnagar, earning a Bachelor of Rural Studies with a specialisation in English Language and Literature. I graduated with first-class distinction, which marked a significant milestone in my academic and personal growth.
She is pursuing her Masters of Arts in English Language and Literature from the Department of English, Maharaja Krishnakumarsinhji Bhavnagar University, under the mentorship of Prof. Dr Dilip Barad Sir, the Dean of Arts Faculty, MKBU, Bhavnagar, Gujarat, India.
Driven by an enduring passion for literature, Krishna seamlessly merges classical literary appreciation with modern technological platforms. She actively disseminates her insights through diverse digital mediums—including blogs, presentation slides, and educational YouTube content—reflecting both her academic commitment and her adaptability to evolving forms of communication.
Beyond her literary pursuits, Krishna is a multifaceted individual with a vibrant array of interests. She is an avid reader, an expressive singer, and a creative writer, particularly drawn to crafting short stories and poetry.
