L'appartamento è composto da un'accogliente zona living all'ingresso, qui troviamo:

• comodo divano angolare (che all'occorrenza si trasforma in divano letto da una piazza e mezza (140x190)

• tavolo artigianale con 4 sedie

• due ampi mensoloni in cedro del Libano che ospitano Smart TV, giradischi e vinili, caminetto elettrico, libri, giochi ecc....

• un mini frigo posto sotto il grande tavolone di legno di cedro del Libano che crea continuità con la cucina

• macchina per caffe, forno/microonde, tazze, tazzine per la colazione, the, tisane zucchero ecc...

La cucina è attrezzata e non manca nulla per cucinare, sotto il piano cottura ad induzione troviamo anche la lavatrice

La camera da letto è caratterizzata da un letto matrimoniale (che guarda la finestra verso il Mar Tirreno), due comodini, un armadio e tante tanti quadri a completare l'atmosfera romantica, tanti spazi di appoggio, specchio e nascosto accanto all'armadio stendino e aspirapolvere.

Il bagno infine è completo di wc, bidet, un'ampia doccia walk in e un lavandino artigianale realizzato con il recupero di un'antichissima macchina da cucire Singer e l'immancabile cedro.

La peculiarità che abbiamo voluto aggiungere in fase di restauro è una stupenda finestra antica con scuri che fa si che bagno e camera siano visivamente collegati (la privacy è comunque garantita 😉)

The apartment consists of a welcoming living area at the entrance, here we find:

• comfortable corner sofa (which if necessary transforms into a sofa bed for one and a half (140x190)

• handcrafted table with 4 chairs

• two large shelves in Lebanese cedar that house Smart TV, turntable and vinyl, electric fireplace, books, games etc....

• a mini fridge placed under the large Lebanese cedar wood table that creates continuity with the kitchen

• coffee machine, oven / microwave, cups, cups for breakfast, tea, herbal teas sugar etc...

The kitchen is equipped and nothing is missing for cooking, under the induction hob we also find the washing machine.

The bedroom is characterized by a double bed (which looks out the window towards the Tyrrhenian Sea), two bedside tables, a wardrobe and many many paintings to complete the romantic atmosphere, many support spaces, mirror and hidden next to the wardrobe drying rack and vacuum cleaner.

Finally, the bathroom is complete with toilet, bidet, a large walk-in shower and a handcrafted sink made with the recovery of an ancient Singer sewing machine and the inevitable cedar.

The peculiarity that we wanted to add during the restoration is a wonderful ancient window with shutters that makes the bathroom and bedroom visually connected (privacy is still guaranteed 😉)
