📃Application Process

① Please complete the application form for your preferred program below.
All information must be entered in English.
If you have any questions, please contact the Office of International Affairs(welcome@konkuk.ac.kr).
② Once the Office of International Affairs reviews your submitted form, a confirmation email will be sent to you.
If there are any missing or incorrect details, you will be notified by email.
Please ensure that all information you provide is accurate,
as applicants are responsible for any issues caused by incorrect information.
In particular, please make sure that your name and information is entered correctly,
as it will be used for official documents such as the certificate of completion and transcript.
You may also be asked to complete several surveys during the program,
so please use the same name consistently in all forms.
③ After receiving the confirmation email, you may proceed with the payment of the program fee.

Application Form Information
Please complete the following information in the application form:
Basic personal information (full name, date of birth, passport number/expiry date, email address, phone number, emergency contact)
Dormitory preference (whether you will use student housing)
KakaoTalk ID
Home university information
Course selection (Track A or B)
Allergy information
Bedding rental request (KRW 40,000)
A short survey
You will also be required to upload the following documents:
Passport copy
A recent passport-style photo or selfie (for the attendance sheet)
Certificate of enrollment (English)
Travel Insurance (English)
Please make sure that all information is entered in English.

Q. How can I confirm whether my application form has been successfully submitted?
Q. What do I need to prepare when submitting the application?
A. You will need to upload the following documents when completing the application form:
A copy of your passport
A photo (passport-style photo or selfie)
A certificate of enrollment
You will also need to enter information such as your passport details, the name of the contact person at your home university,
your preferred course, and your KakaoTalk ID, so we recommend preparing this information in advance.
After submitting the application form, you will be asked to send a copy of your health insurance certificate within one week.
(The final deadline is May 31. Detailed instructions are provided in the application form.)

Q. Does the photo need to be a passport-style photo?
A. No. As long as your face is clearly visible, it does not need to be a passport-style photo.
However, please upload a photo of your face, not a photo of an ID card or identification document.
