During the semester: Weekdays, 09:00–17:30

During summer and winter breaks: Weekdays, 10:00–17:00

Lunch break: 12:00–13:00 (Office closed) 

Emails received outside office hours will be responded to on the next business day.
Please note that our office is closed on university holidays and public holidays.

During Summer / Winter break periods, office hours will be 10:00 AM–5:00 PM.
