International Play City Constitution (V21)

国際こどものまち憲章

§1 Every play city citizen is free and part of the city community.

こどものまちの市民は全員自由でコミュニティーの一部である

§2 All play city citizens have the same opportunities.

市民はみんな同じ選択肢を持っている

a) equal pay

同じ給料

b) Equal opportunity for professions

同じ仕事のチャンス

c) Each play city may set internal age limits.

年齢制限については内部で決定する

§3 An internationally recognized game city must be a democracy with the following elements:

国際的に認知されたまちは、以下の要素を備えた民主主義社会でなければいけない

a) freedom of expression

表現の自由

b) freedom of assembly

集会の自由

 - Every game city citizen may assemble in the form of a demonstration or a political meeting.

 市民は全員デモや政治集会といった形で集会を行う権利を有する

c) Election or government

選挙または政府

 - Elections must be fair, free, equal, secret and independent.

 選挙は公平、自由、平等、秘密、独立したものでなければいけない

d) Freedom of the press

報道の自由

§4 Adults (except supervisors) may not enter the Play Town premises without an adult visa.

大人用ビザがなければ、大人（監督者を除く）はこどものまちに入ることはできない

§5 Adults may not influence the Play Town politically or in any other way.

大人はこどものまちを政治的、もしくはべつのことで影響してはいけない

§6 An internationally recognized play city should welcome other play cities in an embassy.

国際的に認められたこどものまちは、他のこどものまちを歓迎すべきである

a) In an embassy, the law of the host city applies.

大使館では、運営側のこどものまちの法が適用される

b) The exchange rate between game cities is 5 hourly wages of the currency to be exchanged to one hourly wage in the currency of the local game city (exchange rate for old money is mandatory).

こどものまち間における為替レートは、交換元の通貨での「5時間分の賃金」に対して交換先の通貨での「1時間分の賃金」となる（旧通貨の交換は必須）

§7 Walls in a play city may only be posted with the consent of the wall owner.

こどものまち会場内の壁面の掲示は、壁面装飾の責任者の承諾を得た場合のみ行うことができる

§8 A play town is a grammar and spelling free space.

こどものまちでは文法やスペルの間違いが許される

§9 A play town has a duty to be as environmentally friendly as possible.

こどものまちはできるだけ環境に優しくする義務がある

§10 Once a year, the Play Town Council meets (2-3 representatives), unless something unforeseen of international importance happens in a Play Town, in which case it can be convened.

こどものまち評議会は、いずれかのまちで国際的に重要で不測の事態が発生しない限り、年に1回（各まちから２〜３名の代表者が参加して）開催される

§11 A seal is awarded to those who comply with the constitution. After an embassy visit, the embassy can add stars to the seal. Deductions are not foreseen.

憲章を遵守した者は、証（シール）が授与される。大使館を訪問することで、その証に星を追加することができる。与えられたシールと星は永久的である

§ 12 The constitution can be amended by a two-thirds majority.

憲法は3分の2以上の賛成多数によって改正することができる
