Scrum is the most widely used agile project development framework worldwide and in all types of industry. It is characterized by adopting a strategy of incremental construction of the product or service, instead of total planning and execution. By implementing Scrum practices in organizations, there has been a notable increase in productivity, delivery time and competitiveness. This two (2) day Training for this certification will consist of dynamic presentations of topics with the use of slides and examples of the facilitator's experience.

As described in the Scrum Guide , the Scrum Master is responsible for establishing Scrum. They do this by helping everyone understand Scrum theory and practice, both within the Scrum Team and in the organization, while serving the Scrum Team and the organization at large.

However, a Scrum Master is much more than that. The role of the Scrum Master has many layers and facets. While raising awareness of Scrum and enabling greater agility, Scrum Masters also need soft skills that are needed to coach and guide Scrum Team members and others in the organization. Scrum Masters are responsible for helping their teams succeed, and that often means offering assistance in groups or individually. They can facilitate exercises, give guidance, or help people come to conclusions for themselves. Not everyone has the necessary skills to be a Scrum Master, and it's important to keep this in mind when considering this career path.

Ultimately, the Scrum Master is responsible for the effectiveness of the Scrum Team, as they help the Scrum Team improve how the team works together to continuously create value.*

Purpose

In just two days of training, getting attendees to know the tools of agile models for project management, learn their implementation and overcome the obstacles involved in doing so. They will obtain the knowledge to apply the best practices and the appropriate techniques for their Scrum teams. In addition, upon successful completion of the training, you will be able to obtain certification as a Professional Scrum Master PSM, evidencing your ability to implement this knowledge in everyday and real situations.
