Content

4-day training to be certified as a Project Management Professional - PMP® before the PMI® according to the standards established in the Project Management Body of Knowledge - PMBOK in the 6th and 7th edition.

Those attending this training will have the opportunity to interact with internationally certified experts as PMP® with whom they will deepen their knowledge and implementation of the most internationally accepted standards in Project Management. They will also be able to access examples and case studies applied to different business models.

Key features

Training in synchronous Live Online or In-person sessions with PMP® certified experts and extensive experience in implementation under PMI® standards. Approach according to predictive, agile and hybrid models as established in PMBOK® 6th and 7th edition. Four (4) months of access to the exam simulator with more than 600 questions, available 24/7.

• 4 days of training in synchronous Live Online or In-person sessions with the help of technological tools with PMP® certified Engineering professionals and with extensive experience in the implementation of PMI® standards.

• Four (4) months of access to the exam simulator at a recommended minimum rate of 15 hours per month for a correct development of practices, for a recommended minimum total of 60 hours.

• Monthly feedback on the results of the simulations, via email during four (4) months of access to the simulator by the tutors.

• Tips for the presentation of the certification exam.

• Complementary bibliography of Project Management in PDF format focused on PMI® standards.

• Certificate of 35 hours of training in Project Management under PMI® standards, necessary to access the certification.
