Austin & San Antonio Wedding Coordination
$800 + applicable tax
Includes the same complete Wedding Coordination experience for weddings located in Austin or San Antonio.
Additional services, extended coverage, extensive décor setup, and other services outside of the Wedding Coordination package may be added for an additional fee.

Sign your agreement and submit the required retainer to officially reserve your wedding date.

Continue planning your wedding, selecting vendors, and making your important decisions. We'll let you know what information we'll need as your coordination period approaches.

It's our turn to step in. We'll review your final details, connect with your vendors, finalize your wedding-day timeline, and prepare for your ceremony and reception.
04 — ENJOY YOUR WEDDING
When the wedding day arrives, our coordination team manages the details, vendors, timeline, and transitions behind the scenes—while you focus on celebrating.

When does wedding coordination begin?
Wedding Coordination begins four weeks before your wedding date. During this time, we'll review your final details, communicate with your vendors, finalize your timeline, and prepare for your wedding day.
How much wedding-day coverage is included?
Your package includes up to 12 consecutive hours of Lead Coordinator coverage, along with up to 8 hours of support from a Coordination Assistant.
Is the ceremony rehearsal included?
Yes. One ceremony rehearsal of up to one hour is included with your Wedding Coordination package.
Will you set up my décor?
Light setup of pre-assembled personal décor—such as welcome signs, guest books, card boxes, table numbers, place cards, favors, and memorial items—is included. Extensive décor installation, floral installations, arches, backdrops, draping, and full room transformations are separate services.
What's the difference between Wedding Planning and Wedding Coordination?
Wedding Coordination is designed for couples who have already handled most of their planning and vendor selections but want professional support bringing everything together as the wedding approaches. Wedding Planning provides more hands-on guidance throughout the planning process.
How do I reserve my wedding date?
Your wedding date is officially reserved once your required agreement and retainer have been completed.
