Klassic Kay Events does not provide or sell alcoholic beverages. Clients are responsible for purchasing and providing all alcohol to be served at their event. We’ll help you understand what is needed based on your selected package and event details.
Need a little more? Upgraded packages are available with additional bartender support and custom signature cocktail options. Two security officers may also be added to your bartending service.

Alcohol: Client provides all alcoholic beverages. Klassic Kay Events does not sell or provide alcohol.
Staffing: One bartender serves events up to 50 guests. Events with 51–100 guests include two bartenders. Events exceeding 100 guests require three bartenders and a custom quote.
Bar Setup: A standard functional service table/bar setup is available when needed. Decorative, specialty, and luxury bar structures are not included.
Travel: Travel within a 65-mile radius of Houston is included. Additional travel fees may apply outside the included service area.
Gratuities: Tips received during the event are shared equally among the bartenders working that event.

Do you provide the alcohol?
No. Clients are responsible for purchasing and providing all alcoholic beverages. Klassic Kay Events provides the bartending service and included non-alcoholic bar essentials based on your selected package.
How many bartenders will my event have?
Events with up to 50 guests include one bartender. Events with 51–100 guests include two bartenders. Events exceeding 100 guests require three bartenders and will receive a custom quote.
How long is bartending service?
All standard Mobile Bartending packages include up to 4 hours of bartending service. Additional service time may be available for an additional fee.
What mixers are included?
We provide a selection of standard non-alcoholic mixers based on your planned bar menu and selected package. Specialty mixers, syrups, purées, and other specialty ingredients may require an additional fee.
Do you provide a bar?
When needed, we can provide a standard functional bar service setup. This is intended as a practical serving area and is not a decorative or luxury mobile bar structure.
Can you create signature cocktails?
Yes. The Klassic Affair includes one custom signature cocktail, while The Kay Luxe Experience includes two custom signature cocktails and one custom signature mocktail.
Can you provide champagne toast service?
Yes. Champagne toast service is available depending on your selected package. Clients provide the champagne. Plastic champagne flutes are provided when included with the selected service.
How far do you travel?
Travel within a 65-mile radius of Houston is included. Events outside the included service area may require an additional travel fee.
Can guests tip the bartenders?
Yes. Gratuities received during the event are shared equally among the bartenders working your event.
