01 — SECURE YOUR DATE
Sign your agreement and submit the required retainer to officially reserve Klassic Kay Events for your wedding.
02 — LET'S START PLANNING
We'll begin by reviewing where you are in the planning process, discussing your priorities, and organizing the important details, deadlines, and next steps.
03 — MONTH-BY-MONTH SUPPORT
We'll meet monthly while keeping communication open between meetings. We'll assist with vendor research, outreach, bookings, deadlines, payments, and the other logistics that keep your planning moving forward.
04 — FINAL DETAILS
As your wedding approaches, we'll transition into coordination mode—confirming vendors, finalizing your timeline, reviewing ceremony and reception logistics, and coordinating your rehearsal.
05 — GET MARRIED!
On your wedding day, our coordination team takes over behind the scenes so you can enjoy everything you've spent months planning.

When should we book Full-Service Wedding Planning?
Our Full-Service Wedding Planning experience can begin up to 10 months before your wedding. Booking earlier gives us more time to help organize your plans, vendors, deadlines, and logistics.
How often will we meet?
Planning clients receive monthly planning meetings, along with ongoing email and text support throughout the planning process.
Will you help us find and book vendors?
Yes. We can research vendors, provide recommendations, contact vendors regarding availability and services, and assist with the booking process based on your needs.
Do you manage our wedding budget and payment deadlines?
Yes. We'll help you track your wedding budget, vendor payments, and important deadlines so you can see what has been paid, what's upcoming, and what still needs attention.
Is wedding-day coordination included?
Yes. Full-Service Wedding Planning includes the Wedding Coordination portion of your experience, including your ceremony rehearsal, final vendor confirmations, wedding-day timeline, Lead Coordinator coverage, and Coordination Assistant support.
Does Wedding Planning include event design and décor?
Full event design and extensive décor installation are not included. We're happy to provide recommendations during the planning process, and Event Design & Décor services may be added separately.
