During this keynote, we will explore our individual and collective identities. We will engage in reflection on themes such as power, privilege, and positionality. We will examine the significance of identity and discuss actionable strategies for promoting inclusivity and a sense of belonging within our contexts. Participants will engage with the following guiding questions:

• How does being a counselor who actively considers identity contribute to effective leadership?

• What are the defining traits of schools that cultivate an environment of inclusivity and belonging?

• How can school counselors intentionally practice critical self-reflection?
