Technical Abilities
I am always looking for ways to improve efficiency. A good example would be this, my CV. The normal procedure is to upload a 3-4 page CV... behold, my website.
I am confident in speaking. Communication is key and I enjoy being able to communicate effectively and with ease.
I am competent in researching. In my previous employment, research was an everyday requirement. Using resources internally and externally is a necessity and one which I am happy to teach.
I am confident in using various computer programs. I am computer literate in ways where both my computer and phone fear me.
I am a stern believer in keeping work in order. I am definitely an organiser and still separate my pebbles into their respective colour suits.
I am committed to the upkeep of systems databases and skilled in ensuring records are matched with databases created.
I have implemented and worked on client databases for use on a large-scale document mergers. This also extends to carrying out searches within a database.
I am confident with accounting records. Much of my past employment was heavily focused on keeping client trust matters and maintaining transactions. This extends to communications with debtors and creditors.
I am vigilant on time keeping and am able to multitask. Being a mother has created this vital skill.
I understand how to use various Government Websites including Maoriland Online, all Court Websites, Companies Office, PPSR, IPONZ, Societies and Trusts.
I am confident in many areas of law including Trade Marking and Maoriland.
I am familiar with legal terminology and can competently read and draft legal documentation.
I can ensure legal documentation complies with the Rules of the Courts and relevant Laws of New Zealand.

My peers are equally important to me. I am a listener and a great advocate to my peers in their endeavours.
