synthetic smFRET trajectories

We provide synthetic smFRET data for training here. The challengeSets will be available here, as of July 1st, 2019.

Data characteristics:

• includes fluorescence & FRET efficiency traces as obtained by ALEX (alternating laser excitation).
• includes bleaching, Gaussian fluorescence noise (leading to not necessarily Gaussian FRET distributions), and a per-trace offset, mimicking real-world experiments.
• simulated in continuous time.
