We invite all experts in smFRET kinetics to accept this challenge:

use your preferred software tool to analyse synthetic smFRET kinetics in a blind study. This will allow for a solid comparison.

We provide synthetic smFRET data with known ground truth model to train & assess your software tool at will.

In July 2019, we released the challenge datasets without ground truth model.

You had time until end of November 2019 to submit your results.
