The Kingston Ridge HOA board of directors will be accepting sealed bids from experienced, qualified vendors who specialize in commercial landscaping maintenance services including, but not limited to, mowing, edging/trimming, pruning, weed control, and mulching for the following:

Proposals must be received in sealed envelopes by US mail OR by email by 5:00 pm Friday, October 30, 2026.

We expect the selected Contractor to begin work on March 1, 2027.

Kingston Ridge community is located off of Route 30 (Gravel Hill Road) in Millsboro, Delaware.  The entrance to the community is located at the intersection of Gravel Hill Road and Kingston Avenue.
