Important:  

The HOA and Architectural Review Committee require a 30-day period to review and approve all applications.  The 30-day approval time will begin when ARC has a COMPLETE application as well as ALL required documents listed in the procedures document.

Note that Application fees (if required) are to be submitted to the Treasurer or any HOA Board Member at the time of application.
