The Mission Statement of the Board

The mission statement of the board members of the Kingston Ridge Homeowners Association is to enhance and preserve property in our subdivision by upholding our by-laws, covenants, deed restrictions and policies.  The board will also serve the property owners by taking a fair, common sense, ethical and transparent approach in representing the interests of all property owners.

The values of the Association will also include fairness, respect, cooperation, firmness, honesty and the members will act in a professional manner, remembering we want to build and maintain a vibrant community, foster neighborhood pride and maintain an attractive community for all property owners.

We welcome all property owners to the new Kingston Ridge Homeowners Association.
