Use Application 2  when adding a Deck, Porch, Pool, Grading, Above Grade Patio, Fence, Driveway, Hardscape or Permanent Structure, OR if you are removing trees on "Wooded Lots" (Lots 26-48,  67-82).

NOTE: Use Application 1  for house construction or addition to existing house, garage, shed.
