As of February 7th, 2025, Ruboria’s first broadcasting network is established. This network will be named North Richmond National Broadcasting, shortened to NRNB. The network will be state-owned, and will act as the national broadcaster of the Kingdom of Ruboria.

• NRNB’s first channel will be known as Channel 1, and will be based out of North Richmond. Expansion channels may be established if the need arises.

• The network’s colors will be green, gold, and white.

• NRNB will be entrusted with delivering news on Ruborian affairs to the public, such as weather and notable events. 

• NRNB will be the first network to be informed of major updates in Ruboria, such as changes of government, changes of head of state, and territorial changes.

• NRNB will primarily operate on YouTube, and may utilize other social media platforms to keep the public informed.

• NRNB will be headed by a Director who will be responsible for the operations of the network (supervising writers and editors, planing coverage, frequency of updates, and so on).

This act is authorized by King Roland I.

The national coat of arms has been replaced with a new national emblem. The former coat of arms has been transferred to the king and will serve as his personal coat of arms. Given its monarchical feel this action seemed appropriate.

The new emblem was designed to be more applicable to all Ruborian citizens. A small crown remains the only explicitly monarchist symbol on the emblem to represent the absolute monarchy. But the emblem bears little resemblance to the old arms. It is hoped that all will be able to identify with this new symbol and display it with pride where they see fit. A bit of a test post to checkout the layout of the website. Honestly, its a bit of a useless thing to read. But I do appreciate you taking the time out of your day to read this post that I carefully crafted in order to ramble on for a couple lines and discuss nothing so that I could make this look sort of cool.
