• • PLC Grade-level Leader 2014-present

    • • As a grade level, we determine an area of student need and implement a variety of data-driven strategies to address the need.

      • As the leader, I guide my team and report back to administration.

  • School-Wide Leadership Team 2014-present

    • • I serve as the 1st-grade representative on a school-wide team that meets twice a month. I relay information between my team and the leadership team.

      • As a team we work on many items to improve the school such as the school improvement plan, developing family engagement, scheduling, school climate, developing School Improvement Wednesdays and so much more.

  • School Technology Teacher Leader 2016-18

    • • I worked with a team of teachers across the district from Kindergarten through High School to develop practical ways to integrate technology into the classroom.

      • I lead multiple professional development sessions for staff at my school and attended three technology conferences.

  • State School-Wide Improvement Plan 2016-17

    • • I served as the Indistar Liaison working closely with my principal to writing goals and tasks as well as scheduling completion dates for the school-wide improvement plan to submit to the state.

      • I developed spreadsheets to keep track of task due dates, level of completion, and level of urgency.

  • District-Wide First-Grade Assessment Development Team 2015-16

    • • I worked with a group of first-grade teachers across the district to develop a common assessment for incoming first-graders.
