Create an A4 poster with Sketch.io

1. Watch the video on "Typography".

2. Open a new A4 size (210mm x297mm) white canvas.

3. Add text (T), choose a suitable display fonts for your title and header. Limit yourself to using 2 fonts per artwork.

Pay attention to visual hierarchy -- the size of the headline, subhead and body text should be different font sizes and different fonts for the correct emphasis and visual balance. This is the hardest part and lots of practise. Choose a simpler, cleaner font for the body text so it is easier to read.

4. Learn how to find royalty-free images from the Internet that you may use on pexels.com and pixabay.com.

5. Click on "CLIPART" and "Load Your Own Image". Select the image you downloaded from Padlet.

6. Finish your poster, export as PNG and upload to Padlet.
