The Kibtisk Notions are the philosophy of the Kibtisk Way, but the Kibtisk Practices are the spirituality of the Kibtisk Way.
The Practices are practical and meditative approaches to understanding the Notions and applying them to our lives.
In this section you can find the main Kibtisk Practices: what they are, the theory behind them, and how to do them yourself.
As with the Notions, for simplicity's sake the buttons leading to the explanations of the different practices are given in English, but it is worth learning their names for future reference (especially since they don't directly translate into English.)
Unlike the pages on the Notions, the pages on the Practices are lengthier and so will take time to read and digest, but this is due to their applicable nature. It is best to have read the Notions before learning the Practices so that you can understand what the pages are referring to. The Kibtisk words for the Notions are used throughout the pages on Practices, but definitions are given when needed.
The articles on the Practices read more like essays, as they are expounding the theory behind the Kibtisk Practice in addition to how to do the practice yourself. They may take some time to read, but an interactive table of contents is offered at the top of each page so you can always pick up where you left off.
