The Preliminary Phase of TOGAF ADM is the foundation for the entire architecture development process, ensuring understanding of context, needs, and problems before detailed architecture processes begin.  

A. Kia Motors' architectural vision aligns with TOGAF Architecture Vision, detailing its current and future situations. The Business Architecture phase aligns with Plan S, focusing on sustainable mobility, EVs, and mobility services. Stakeholders include CIO, business executives, IT, enterprise architects, and cloud solution architects.      

 B. KIA Motors is in the Business Architecture phase of their strategic project on sustainable mobility, involving stakeholders like senior leadership, planners, product managers, marketers, and EV charging firms. This phase includes Architecture and Solution Building Blocks.            

C. The focus shifts from business to supporting information systems, with Kia Motors utilizing cloud technology through Google Cloud and AWS. Stakeholders include data architects and IT managers, focusing on innovation and modernization of technology. ABBs refer to Application Portfolios, Data Architecture, and SBBs are Application Interfaces and Data Models.       

D. Kia Motors' technology architecture is well-suited for cloud technology, with stakeholders including infrastructure managers and solution architects. The company's Cloud Migration Process will analyze technical processes, choose suitable cloud options, and optimize IT operations for cloud solutions.                

 E. KIA Motors is implementing cloud migration to enhance its digital sales and marketing capabilities. The company is evaluating various methods, technologies, and cloud service providers, including AWS, which offers infrastructure technologies, machine learning, artificial intelligence, data lakes, analytics, and the Internet of Things. Product managers and solution architects are stakeholders in this process.

 F. The strategy for migrating KIA Motors' service to the cloud should include specific migration projects, timelines, resource requirements, and key performance indicators. This process will involve change and project managers, with ABBs (transition states) and SBBs (impact evaluation and migration plan) involved in the process.     

G. Develop governance strategies for KIA Motors' cloud migration strategy, outlining monitoring and management processes, roles, and responsibilities involved. 

 H.  KIA Motors is transitioning into the cloud, requiring proper management of changes. The company will evaluate its current business, data, technological, and informational system architecture (AS-IS) and review previous processes, IT systems, data infrastructure, and the local technology landscape. The TO-BE architecture will describe KIA Motors' future state architecture, including improvements, innovations, and strategic initiatives. This will help design target business capabilities, data models, technology infrastructure, and information systems that fit the strategic direction and business requirements of KIA Motors.
