Teaching philosophy
Every child is unique and requires a learning environment that promotes physical, mental, emotional, and social development. I want to promote an environment where children can fulfil their most significant potential and are encouraged to voice their opinions.
As a teacher, it will be my responsibility to help each student develop his or her unique learning style and potential. I use all learning styles and methods to make the subject matter relevant to the lives of my pupils. The function of the instructor is to act as a guide. Students require access to practical tasks. Students should have the option to personalize their education to their interests. Students must have the opportunity to exercise their skills in a safe environment. Similarly, the academics must incorporate technology.
Pedagogical Training
JAMK is where I studied pedagogy Professional Teacher Education (60 credits). I have studied vocational pedagogy, teaching practice, educational sciences, understanding learning, facilitating learning, equality and equity in teaching and guidance, the future of education, the teacher as pedagogical inquirer, the teacher's workplace, developing a professional teacher identity, and teaching academic content in English.

My Vision
I sincerely hope that, at the end of the school year, every kid has acquired the mental, social, and physical skills necessary for success in every part of life. I have set this goal because I care about the children's success in every aspect of their lives.
My mission
My goal is to provide children with the skills necessary for success in the world they will inhabit. Students' mental, emotional, and social experiences, which all significantly contribute to the human condition, must be incorporated into their education.
My doctrine
Learning environments affect students' and teachers' performance. Students' efforts and class participation make learning enjoyable. If they behave correctly and professionally, students can study and debate any topic that interests them. Students should share their intellectual findings so everyone, including the educator, can learn. Teachers should promote engaging and thought-provoking learning. They must also listen to their students' unique suggestions.
3. My pedagogical principles
According to my pedagogical principles, a teacher can do a range of duties. We have organized content, and our pedagogy leads us to the concept of learning, which emphasizes the individual's development within the context of our society. We have unique responsibilities and behaviours as we live in diverse civilizations. We must adopt a constructionist approach so that students can discuss, negotiate, and seek new information.
4. Roots of my pedagogical philosophy based on theories
My pedagogical theory in practice is based on the orientations of Merriam and Bierema's book (2013). The external environment affects learning when new abilities are acquired. Market necessity always fosters skill development. The environment influences learning and is incorporated into the behaviourist concept of learning. All theories of learning concur that learning occurs in different situations, and understanding is essential in academics and everyday life. It also evolves through interactions with particular persons and events.
5. Identity as the teacher and summative self-evaluation.
Identity as the teacher
First, educators are professionals who must understand that our unique ideas are part of our professional identity as instructors. Our lifelong professional identity as teachers shapes our ideas and commitments.
A teacher’s professional identity involves many factors. For example, student-teacher meetings help teachers build a professional identity by fostering a sense of belonging. Numerous research talks, classroom initiatives, and debates help teachers develop their professional identity. Connecting with colleagues is also crucial to a teacher’s professional reputation. To inspire reflection, students need professional and personal growth assignments. Teachers must let pupils express themselves.
Summative self-evaluation: I always try to understand the course’s learning and teaching ideas, standards, and methods. Personal thinking, organization, studying, and behavior have been improved. I examined my interactive teaching and learning and have improved interactive components.
6. My doctoral and pedagogical studies!
My PhD studies and teacher pedagogy taught me patience and tolerance in my studies and teaching. I instructed Arabs, Asians, and Europeans based on my bachelor's and master's degrees in English and literature. Primary, university, college, and high school students required varying instructional approaches. Teaching adults, adolescents, and children shaped my identity as a teacher. I instruct and develop competency evaluation approaches. Our ongoing research on teaching enhances our instructional practices. My education and professional experience enable me to utilize face-to-face, multi-format, and online teaching methods.
I would like to say that collaboration is a key to success. Success in the workplace has always needed flexibility, teamwork, and forethought. I enjoy conversing with various students and school personnel. I am excited to develop my teaching technique. I am aware that power comes from work and close co-workers.
My master's thesis in educational leadership and management examines verbal and nonverbal student-instructor interaction. By emphasizing interpersonal and collaborative skills, this relationship may be strengthened. I have always desired to join a thriving professional working community and contribute to its success. My scientific research demonstrates a versatile command of English.
7. Contribution to teaching
I have always sought to improve my teaching. Participating in course development and evaluation allows us to improve professionally and gain knowledge from coworkers. I believe in education because we can acquire valuable knowledge once, we undertake significant development projects. Participating in improving teaching is rewarding. Since teaching varies with new settings, students, and co-workers, the most excellent method to progress is through continual study, reading education and teaching blogs, discovering new techniques, and discussing with co-workers. I have managed various administrative positions. As division chief, I assigned lecturers, instructional assignments and hours. Similarly, one of my former duties was designing and selecting educational materials.
8. Teaching competence and production of learning materials
Trial lectures and interviews have been two of the most common ways employment prospects have been made available to me. Most of the jobs that I have described in the portion of my resume devoted to my teaching experience were offered to me as a direct consequence of interviews, trial lectures, and observations of my classroom teaching. The instructors receive new information directly from this process, which is beneficial in and of itself. Consider, for example, the necessity to effectively manage the amount of time and the content required to be provided to the students in the class.
The production of learning materials
A commitment to standards must govern the development, selection, and dissemination of instructional content. Critical. It is necessary. Effective educational practice requires the availability of teaching resources. Utilizing various instructional resources is crucial for the efficacy of the teaching and learning process. The arduous process of creating educational and training materials contributes to teaching and learning success. Students require multiple resources, including instructional materials, to master the school curriculum. They let children interact with words, symbols, and concepts to improve their reading, listening, problem-solving, watching, thinking, speaking, and writing skills and their technology and media knowledge.
Additionally, skills in media and technology are taught. Moreover, they assist pupils in mastering media and technology. This helped me maintain consistency while selecting students, designing classes, and training them on utilising various resources in different situations. Consistency allowed me to do this. The content should be tailored to the student's country, age, gender, race, beliefs, and environment. Also required is the student's country of origin.
