Next Booster Meeting November 20th
Each summer, the Kuna High School Swim Team takes a break from the pool for a weekend of fresh air, laughter, and team bonding at our Summer Swim Retreat in Cascade, Idaho.
This overnight adventure is all about building connections—both in and out of the water. Over the course of two days, swimmers take part in:
Team Workouts – Fun, energizing training sessions to keep us sharp.
Lake Time – Paddleboarding, swimming, and relaxing at beautiful Cascade Lake.
Outdoor Fun – Yard games, campfires, and team challenges that get everyone involved.
Great Food – From post-workout fuel to campfire treats, we share meals and memories together.
We camp in tents at two cozy cabins near the lake, making it a rustic yet comfortable getaway. Evenings bring laughter under the stars, s’mores by the fire, and the kind of conversations you just can’t have during swim practice.
The retreat isn’t just about training—it’s about teamwork, friendship, and creating lasting memories before the season kicks into full gear. By the time we head home, we’re more than teammates—we’re family.
