Next Booster Meeting November 20th
Success doesn't happen by accident; it's the result of swimmers and coaches working together to improve swim times and win races. With proper training, swimmers achieve their goals, swim faster, and bring their team closer to winning championships.
Participation
Athletes are expected to attend all practices. To be on time and prepared.
Athletes must contact Coach Mike directly if they are unable to make a practice.
IHSAA requires all athletes must attend 10 practices prior to being able to compete in a meet.
If an athlete misses the practice the night before a meet, they cannot swim at the meet.
What to Expect
6:15PM Arrival
6:30PM - 7:30PM Swim
Swimming workout structure follows the warm up - main set - cool down pattern. The main set will have a specific objective such as speed day, endurance day, strength day, etc. Training will often vary and build up progressively as the season goes on.
