Allison delivers a knock out performance by showing how you can get your heart rate up while boxing.  It's extrordinary kids like Allison that change the world by spreading the importance of heart health.
Stevie explains why physical activity is so important to our overall health. Not only did she get her family involved in the fun duing her school's KHC, but she also raised funds that will make a huge impact in bettering the overall health of our community.
Patrick shares the warning signs of stroke which he learned by completing Finn's Mission during his school's KHC. He is a lifesaver and wants his family & friends to me lifesavers too!
