Next4MEMS was a project funded by BPI (French public investment bank) for the development of the competence pole Minalogic ”PSPC” (Projet de Recherche et Développement Structurant pour la Compétitivité). The aim of this project was to transform some national companies into international leaders on MEMS sensors. My contributed work related to this project was the development of an identification methodology for the MEMS gyroscopes. The purpose of the obtained model was to design an optimal control in order to improve the sensor accuracy.
