Ladies Class

From 15th July 2025, we have an adult ladies class running on Tuesday evenings at Lunsford Primary School. Running from 7:30-8:30pm and led by Sensei Tina (4th Dan) and Sensei Helen (1st Dan), the class will focus on learning self-defence, building strength, flexibility and confidence through karate. 

We want more than anything to create a supportive, friendly environment for any women who want to learn some practical self defence in a non-judgmental environment.
