The target audience for this learning content establishes and enforces lawful court orders for child and spousal support in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. They use a statewide computer system, the Pennsylvania Child Support Enforcement System (PACSES, pronounced PAY-sis), to perform daily business functions. Due to security and confidentiality reasons, we are unable to access the live environment for training purposes. Therefore, we had to design and develop computer simulations that emulate their business functions. The computer simulations enable the learner to practice real life business functions without the fear of breaking confidentiality rules or making an error in the real computer system.
Note: The web host I was using for this object no longer exists. I did not discover this until March 2025. I created a video rendition of the computer simulation as a short-term solution.

This is one of many computer simulations that I designed and developed using Adobe Captivate.
