This page contains examples of content I created in Articulate Storyline and Articulate Rise.
Articulate Storyline
I used the same content and layout for the click to reveal content samples. The content for those two samples provides an overview of personal protective equipment (PPE) worn when a welder is performing welding or grinding operations. The first example is text-based content. The second example uses audio to deliver the content. I used Microsoft Copilot to create the image of the welder standing in the weld shop while holding and wearing various articles of PPE. The audio narration is derived from an open-source synthetic voice generator.
Click to Reveal - Audio Narration
The item titled "Call Before You Dig Public Service Announcement" contains information related to calling 811 before you begin projects that require digging into the ground. I used a stable background with a utility worker in several poses for variety across the slides. I used Microsoft Copilot to create the images of the utility worker. The background image was procured from Pixabay. I realize Storyline has characters and avatars for use. I chose to use Microsoft Copilot to generate variations of the same character for use in the presentation. There are captions on each slide to convey what the character is saying. Background music is included in that item.
Articulate Rise
I wrote the text without help from any AI tool. I used images that I either had on hand from other projects I have done for the portfolio or had Microsoft Copilot create them for me. I created this course in 1 hour, 30 minutes after watching approximately 25 minutes of training videos from Articulate. I had a tremendous amount of fun using Rise!
Daily Safety Checks for Performing Welding or Grinding Operations
Use of AI in the workplace is on the rise. I created a course to introduce employees at "New Company" to the company policy that outlines the proper uses of AI at New Company.
