Exit Interview Proposal
Exit interviews are standard practice across many industries, and can provide valuable insights to better the workplace for current and future employees. As we do not have our own HR department, we carefully considered the office best situated to conduct the interviews. We settled on the Dean of the department and the chair of the DEI committee as the most appropriate people to read the interview responses and act on the information and/or disseminate trends and big-picture takeaways (de-identified) as appropriate.
The form would be administered via Google Forms. The link to the form will be sent by the DEI committee email address to both the institutional email address and a personal email address, if one is available.

We would appreciate your candid answers to the following questions. Your responses will be treated with confidentiality and utmost seriousness. Only the Chair of the Keck Science DEI Committee and the Dean of Keck Science will see your responses. Your participation is optional. We believe your feedback is vital in improving job satisfaction for current and future employees as well as the bettering of the climate for all of our community members.
