The mission of the Department of Natural Sciences DEI Committee is to foster a departmental culture that supports students, staff, and faculty, particularly those facing systemic barriers. We strive to engage with, educate, and empower the DNS community by cultivating partnerships, policies, and resources to create and nurture an environment that is inclusive, equitable, and diverse.
