Prospectus & application forms

It is very important that you return your Application Form with both sides fully completed.  You will also need to enclose an original Birth Certificate which we will return to you. Do ensure that the Application Form reaches the School by post on or before the deadline.  You can do this by sending your Application Form to Kilrush Community School directly.
