1. What is the duration of the internship program?

   - The duration of the internship typically ranges from 3 to 6 months, depending on the requirements of your academic program and the department you are assigned to.

2. Who is eligible to apply for the internship?

   - We welcome applications from students currently enrolled in undergraduate or postgraduate programs in Engineering, Technology, or related fields. Preference is given to those with a background in Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical, or Computer Science.

3. How do I apply for the internship?

4. What documents are required to apply?

   - You will need to submit the following documents:

5. What will I be working on during my internship?

   - Interns are assigned to various departments based on their area of study and interests. You may work on projects related to product development, quality assurance, research and development, or production processes, depending on the current needs of the company.

6. Is there any stipend provided during the internship?

   - No, a stipend is provided to interns based on the duration and nature of the internship. The exact amount will be communicated during the selection process.

7. What are the working hours during the internship?

   - Interns are expected to work from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday to Saturday. However, hours may vary depending on project requirements and department schedules.

8. Is accommodation provided for outstation interns?

   - Accommodation is not typically provided. However, we can assist you in finding nearby lodging options if you are coming from outside the area.

9. What kind of support will I receive during the internship?

   - Each intern is assigned a mentor who will guide you throughout your internship. You will also have access to various resources and training sessions to help you gain practical experience and enhance your skills.

10. How will my performance be evaluated?

   - Your performance will be evaluated based on your ability to complete assigned tasks, the quality of your work, your initiative, and your collaboration with team members. At the end of the internship, you will receive feedback from your mentor and a completion certificate.

11. Are there any job opportunities after the internship?

   - While the internship is primarily for educational purposes, exceptional interns may be considered for full-time employment opportunities at Keltron Controls, based on available openings and performance during the internship.

12. What should I wear to the office?

   - Interns are expected to dress in smart casual or business casual attire. Specific safety gear will be provided if required for certain tasks or departments.
