Keltron Controls Aroor (KCA) is proud to offer students and academic institutions the opportunity to gain first-hand exposure to cutting-edge technology, innovative processes, and real-world industrial practices. Our industrial visit programs are designed to complement theoretical knowledge with practical insights, helping students understand the dynamic operations of a leading organization in the electronics and manufacturing sector.

Objectives of the Industrial Visit Program:

To provide students with insights into the practical workings of the industry.
To bridge the gap between academic learning and real-world applications.
To introduce students to the technologies, machinery, and processes used in our facility.
To offer students an opportunity to interact with industry experts and engineers.

2.Document Submission:

- Attach an official letter from the institution on letterhead, stating the details of the visit.
- Include a list of students attending, with their names and roll numbers for verification.
- Specify any specific areas or technologies you would like to focus on during the visit.

Application Process for Industrial Visit

Institutions wishing to arrange an industrial visit to Keltron Controls Aroor must follow the steps outlined below:

1.Submit a Request: Send a formal request on behalf of the institution, signed by the department head or authorized representative. The request must include:

- Number of students and faculty members attending.
- Preferred date and time of the visit.
- Purpose of the visit (academic enrichment, specific area of interest, etc.).
- Department or stream of the visiting students.

3.Confirmation:

- Upon receiving the application, Keltron Controls will review the request and provide confirmation of the visit date and time.
- Additional details regarding safety protocols, required documents, and visit guidelines will be sent along with the confirmation.

On the Day of the Visit:

- Students and faculty members are required to report to Keltron Controls Aroor on the scheduled date and time.
- The visit coordinator from Keltron will verify the student list and IDs before starting the tour.
- A guided tour will be conducted, providing insights into different departments, operational processes, and technologies.

Registration Fee:
The registration cum administrative fee is ₹50 + 18% GST per student or ₹2,000 + 18% GST, whichever is higher. The payment should be made on the day of the visit.

Terms and Conditions:

ID Card: All students must wear their college ID cards at all times during the visit.
Mobile Phones and Photography: The use of mobile phones and photography within the factory premises is strictly prohibited.
Discipline and Safety: Students are expected to maintain strict discipline and exercise caution during the visit to ensure their safety and the safety of others.
Security and Documentation: Upon arrival, students must report to security at the Main Entrance with:
- The original request letter from the Principal or HOD.
- A hard copy of email for further instructions.
Dress Code: All visitors are required to wear appropriate formal attire, including closed shoes, to adhere to safety protocols.
Liability: Keltron Controls Aroor will not be responsible for any personal belongings lost during the visit.
Safety Compliance: Visitors must follow all safety guidelines provided by the staff during the tour.
