This exam is based 100% on FIBA Rules and Interpretations.
Ignore high school modifications.
The exam is on GamePlan and is different based on your NOCP Level.
It is open book. Once you start, the clock will start, and you must finish it in 2 hours.
While it is not mandatory that each official take the exam, it is encouraged.
Only officials that pass the exam can officiate at provincial tournaments
The FIBA Rules Exam will be available for all officials registered with CBOC to take In order to complete the rules exam this year, officials who previously registered for the year will be granted access on Game Plan once the exam window opens. Those who did not register and have not been identified as registered officials by their provinces for the season will not have access to the exam until your registration is confirmed by your provincial association.

NOCP 2 : 50 questions Pass=80%
NOCP 3,4,5: 50 questions Pass=86%

Session 5: Nov 27, 2025, Tue, St Anns, 7-9pm – On Court Session
