Collaborative and empathetic, these skills have made Katrina Julia Alcazar effective in leading teams towards transformational change. She has worked closely with a diverse range of people, from her colleagues, to several of their clients, as  well as different vendors and suppliers. Marking her 4th year in the retail and service industry, she has gained valuable experience in dealing with unique business challenges. 

Recently, she has shown her commitment to building her core competencies and has received various certificates with her continued learning. She has a strong sense of diligence and work ethics, and hopes to influence positive change among her colleagues.

Outside of work, Katrina Julia is just as fun, spontaneous and of cheerful character!

A few of her hobbies are phone photography, home-cooking, floral and home styling, reading about industry trends, listening to music, going on bike trips, and driving to new places. She also loves caring for their adorable, precious pooches! 

Together with her partner, they have visited Cambodia and immediately adored their rich culture.

She is fueled by a good cup of coffee in the morning, smooth jazz by noon, and a clean cup of tea in the evening. 

She loves fragrances, crafting candles, likes to keep herself abreast of digital innovations, industry trends, and stays current on global news.  She has rekindled her fondness for reading and is currently interested in neuroscience, buddhism and mindfulness practices.  

In her personal time, she loves peace, tranquility and deeply respects nature. They have lived briefly by the sea and she considers that time as a splendid recollection!

Fostering meaningful connections, she enjoys hosting barbecue nights where her good friends can catch up on exciting things in life!
