As a Scrum Master, she embodies these qualities:

Scrum Knowledge- Her foundational understanding of Scrum allows her to implement the framework in both theory and practice. She coaches the individual with a focus on mindset and behavior, the team in continuous improvement, and the organization in truly collaborating with the Scrum team.

Project Management- She is responsible for managing impediments, eliminating waste, managing the process, managing the team's health, managing the boundaries of self-organization, and managing the culture.

Process Integration- She functions as a mentor and transfers Agile knowledge and experience to the team.

Empathy- She practices active listening which allows her to lean into open conversations with her team, and resolve complicated situations or matters of conflict. Understanding that we are all coming from different backgrounds, she recognizes individual idiosyncrasies and celebrates the diversity of perspectives.

Communication Skills- She takes initiative as a facilitator by setting the stage and providing clear boundaries in which the team can collaborate.

Critical Thinking Skills- She strives to solve blocking issues to the team's progress, taking into account the self-organizing capabilities of the Development Team.

Leadership- She acts as a servant leader and focuses on the needs of the team members and the people they provide value to (the customer) with the goal of achieving results in line with the organization’s values, principles, and business objectives.
