Anxiety

Anxiety is something I am often asked about. While a certain level of anxiety is totally normal (and can actually be good for us - attention, studying motivation, etc.) too much of it can tip the scales into being unhealthy. Good news is there are many effective ways to deal with anxiety.

First - fill in the bubbles with the negative thought. Then, create a new triangle with more positive thoughts and see how they affect feelings and behaviors.
